Make sure you are using your IC Source username, not your email address.
Check Caps Lock and Num Lock
Passwords are case-sensitive, so PASSWORD and Password are treated as different passwords. If your keyboard has a number pad, make sure Num Lock is on.
Update or install a supported browser

Clear Internet Explorer / Edge Cache & Cookies

Press Ctrl + Shift + Del to open the Clear Browsing History window.

  • Check Browsing History, Cookies and saved website data, and Cached data files
  • Click Clear

  • Set the Time Range to Everything
  • Check Browsing & Download History, Forms & Search History, Cookies, and Cache
  • Click Clear Now

Enable Cookies — Windows Browsers

  1. Select the Menu icon (⋮) in the upper-right corner
  2. Select Settings
  3. Select Show advanced settings
  4. Select Content settings under Privacy
  5. Select Allow local data to be set (recommended) under Cookies
  6. Click Done and close Settings

Edge

  1. Select from the upper-right corner
  2. Select Settings
  3. Under Advanced settings, select View advanced settings
  4. Under Cookies, ensure Don’t block cookies is selected

Firefox

  1. Select Options from the Tools menu
  2. Select Privacy
  3. Select Remember History under the “Firefox will:” drop-down
  4. Click OK

Internet Explorer

  1. Select Internet Options from the Tools menu
  2. Select Privacy
  3. Select Advanced
  4. Check Override automatic cookie handling
  5. Select Accept under First-party Cookies
  6. Click OK in both windows

Opera

  1. Select Menu from the upper-left corner
  2. Select Settings
  3. Scroll to Cookies
  4. Select Allow local data to be set (recommended)
  5. Close Settings to save

  4. Close Preferences to save
